A little planning for your planner.
Can I combine different kinds of planner pages?
Yes. Add the pages you need, then move, duplicate, or remove them. Your PDF includes the pages in the order shown in your planner. You can create up to 60 pages in one project.
Can I make an undated or plain planner?
Yes. Choose the undated option for a reusable page. Choose the Blank design for white paper with no decorative artwork. These are separate choices, so you can also make a dated calendar in the Blank design.
Which paper sizes and orientations can I use?
Choose A4, US Letter, or A5, in portrait or landscape. The same size and orientation apply to your whole planner so the pages fit together. Match the paper and orientation in your printer settings, and turn off browser headers and footers.
Do the dates stay current?
New projects start with the current date on your device. Change a page's date to plan ahead or create pages for another year. The maker calculates weekdays, month lengths, and leap years for dates from 1900 to 2100.
Can I keep my planner and edit it later?
Use Save project to download an editable project file, then Open project to continue later. You can also choose to remember the project in this browser. A project file is the best way to keep a separate copy of your work.
Where do my plans and personal entries go?
The planner is created on your device. Your entries are not sent to a planner service. Downloads and project files contain what you put on the pages, so keep or share those files as you would any personal planner.
How do I make a regular photo or yearly calendar?
Use the calendar maker for photo calendars, yearly overviews, or a matching set of twelve monthly calendars.
